What is clipart and how can I use it?
Clipart is just one type of digital art file we offer! Our shop includes a variety of creative digital products — from clipart and printable colouring pages to junk journal kits, sticker files, and more. These files can be used in both personal and commercial projects like crafting, scrapbooking, digital planners, invitations, journaling, social media, and small business branding. They’re versatile, easy to download, and ready to add a unique, artistic touch to your work. Be sure to check out the licensing section if you wish to use the files for commercial use.
Are your art files digital or physical products?
All our products are 100% digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped.
Do I need to renew my license?
No renewal is needed for most cases. All products come with a Standard License, which covers personal use and small-scale commercial use — and this license does not need to be renewed.
However, if you’re using the artwork for larger commercial projects (especially if your product featuring our artwork is expected to sell over 250 units), you’ll need to purchase an Extended Commercial License. This is a one-time purchase, valid for the lifetime of the artwork, and applies site-wide.
Do you offer bundles or discounts for multiple items?
Yes! We frequently offer product bundles and shop-wide sales. Be sure to check our store regularly or sign up to our newsletter to stay in the loop.

Can I use the files for commercial projects?
Yes — our standard license covers small business use, including physical or digital products you sell. For larger-scale or mass production (over 250 units), please purchase the extended license.
Can I upgrade my license after purchasing?
Yes, you can! You can upgrade your license by purchasing our Extended License (available as a separate product).
What can I use the files for?
Our digital art files can be used for a wide range of personal and small business projects: from printing your own planners or journals, to crafting stickers, designing invitations, creating scrapbooks, and more. Just be sure the usage complies with the license provided.
Are your digital files compatible with Canva/Procreate/Cricut/Photoshop/etc.?
Most of our PNG and JPEG files work seamlessly with popular design tools like Canva, Photoshop, Procreate, Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio, and many more. For PSD and EPS files, you may need specific software — be sure to double-check what’s listed in the product description and what your tools support.
Can I request a different file format?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer custom file format requests at this time. All available formats are listed clearly in each product description, so please double-check before purchasing to ensure compatibility with your software or device.
Can I use the designs on products I plan to sell?
Absolutely! You can incorporate our artwork into your own designs and sell the final product. However, you may not resell or redistribute the original files as-is and it must adhere to the commercial licensing terms which are included in your purchase files.
Do I need to credit you when using your artwork?
Credit is not required but always appreciated! If you’d like to tag us when you share your work, we’d love to see what you’ve created.
Can I use your artwork in my logo or branding?
Yes, you can use our artwork in your branding — just keep in mind that these designs are not exclusive.
Can I share or resell your digital files?
No. You may not resell, share, or redistribute our files in any form. They’re for your use only and must be incorporated into your own designs.
How will I receive my files after purchase?
After your payment is complete, you’ll be redirected to an order confirmation page where your download links will be listed right away. You’ll also receive an email with the same links, and if you created an account at checkout, you can access your downloads anytime by logging in and viewing your order history.
What file formats are included?
Most of our clipart comes in high-resolution PNG files with transparent backgrounds. Some products may also include JPGs, SVGs, or PSDs depending on the pack. File formats are listed on each product page so be sure to check the products description before you purchase.
Do I need special software to use the digital art files?
Not necessarily! It depends on the file type. Most of our products come in basic formats like PNG or JPEG, which are widely compatible with programs like Canva, Photoshop, Procreate, Word, PowerPoint, and many others. These don’t usually require any special software.
However, some products may include PSD (Photoshop) or EPS (vector) files, which might require specific design software to open and edit. There are both free and paid programs available online — we recommend doing a bit of research to find the best fit for your needs.
All files come in a .ZIP folder, so at a minimum, you’ll need to be able to unzip your downloads. We include simple instructions in your purchase to help you with this step.
Always check the product description carefully before purchasing to make sure the file formats included will work for you as we do not offer refunds.
I didn’t receive my files — what should I do?
You’ll always receive instant access to your files right after checkout. If you created an account, your downloads will also be saved in your order history for future access anytime.
If you accidentally closed the page before downloading, don’t worry — your download links are also sent to your email. If you don’t see them, check your junk or spam folder just in case.

Can I get a refund or exchange on digital downloads?
Due to the digital nature of our products, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges. However, if there’s a problem with your file or something isn’t right, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to fix it.
I’m having trouble opening or using the files — can you help?
Absolutely! All downloads include a helpful guide for unzipping and basic use. If you’re still having issues, just message us — we’re happy to walk you through it.
Do you take custom artwork requests?
At this time, we do not offer custom artwork or personalised requests. All available designs and products are listed in the store, and we’re constantly adding new items — so be sure to check back regularly for fresh content!
